Minggu Sains Negara 2025: Inspiring STEM in Sarawak

About the Visit
The Minggu Sains Negara 2025, held from 3–5 May at Dewan Jubli, UiTM Sarawak Kampus Samarahan, was a national science carnival organized by MOSTI and MEITD. SSCiEX participated as part of the Mysains Network to introduce the upcoming Sarawak Science Centre and provide hands-on STEM experiences for the public, alongside 19 other exhibitors from across Malaysia. The event engaged visitors of all ages through interactive demonstrations, DIY experiments, and educational discussions.
Highlight of the Programme:
Visitors enjoyed interactive STEM activities and DIY science experiments, participated in hands-on challenges that encouraged critical thinking and teamwork, explored the upcoming features of the Sarawak Science Centre, and engaged with SSCiEX staff, while the event received strong public feedback and recognition from distinguished guests including Datuk Seri Hj. Hasnol Zam Zam (MOSTI) and other VIPs.
