Submitting this form is a booking request, not a confirmation. Confirmation is subject to availability and issuance of a quotation by the venue team.
Requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event start date.
Venues cannot be booked on gazetted Malaysia / Sarawak public holidays.
Double or clashing bookings for the same venue and time period are not permitted; the first confirmed booking holds the slot.
Cancellations or changes must be communicated to the venue team as early as possible.
The hirer is responsible for any damage to venue property or equipment during the event.
SSCiEX reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking where it conflicts with the centre's own programming.
